In an episode in Season Three of Mad Men, the ad men are doing campaign for Playtex and they're describing every female as either a Marilyn Monroe or a Jackie Kennedy. Uninformed feminist 'hurummphs' aside, there is this amazing line where Crane asserts that Marilyn Monroe is a Joan. This woman is the ultimate femme fatale: powerful because of her femininity. I love Christina Hendricks! She's fat *let's not beat around the bush, boys and girls---- she probably has a crazy corset on under all her clothes and she still has a belly* but she's fucking hot :) Loving it!
